DESIGN PHILOSOPHY: 

 

Vista 360 is a distinctive residential project that embraces stunning panoramic views and open spaces. Our design philosophy seamlessly integrates with the natural contours and features of the land. We’ve maximized the use of flat terrain, providing easy access with a nearly level entrance and gentle ramps. This thoughtful design minimizes site disruption, respecting the natural landscape.

The building rests on two main foundations with a third of it cantilevered, minimizing excavation and preserving the land's natural state while offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.

A separate deck adjacent to the building provides two parking spaces and transforms into a spacious yard or balcony for gatherings, enhancing the versatility of the space. The building's trapezoidal geometry responds to the land's shape, position, and street access, creating a harmonious environmental connection.

For safety, every exterior material used in Vista 360 is noncombustible, ensuring resilience and peace of mind. This project perfectly balances innovative design, environmental respect, and practical functionality.
